Where are Lucien pieces made?
Our pieces are made in Tuscany, Italy. Every garment is handcrafted by master artisans with over 30 years of experience crafting for the world’s most prestigious luxury houses.
What makes your leather "high-end"?
We source exclusively from Tuscany’s most prestigious tanneries, focusing on hides that develop a unique patina over time. Our leather is selected for its superior softness, natural grain, and ability to travel with you for a lifetime.
I don't see my size. Do you offer custom sizing?
Currently, our primary collection consists of nine timeless silhouettes. However, as a small studio, we invite you to contact us via our Studio Inquiry page for personalized sizing advice or to discuss potential bespoke requirements.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my jacket?
To ensure every piece meets our uncompromising standards, each order undergoes a final hand-inspection in our studio before dispatch. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your investment. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Domestic exchanges are complimentary to help you find your perfect silhouette.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship globally via premium, insured couriers. Please note that international shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to choose?
Leather is a natural material that molds to your body over time, making the starting size essential. We provide detailed body and garment measurement charts on our website. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a layered look or contacting our studio for a recommendation.
Can I speak with someone about the fit before I buy?
Absolutely. Email our Jersey City studio with your measurements and the style you are considering, and we will provide a personalized fit recommendation within 24 hours.
The Leather Care Guide
Storage:
Always hang your leather garment on a wide, padded hanger to maintain the structural integrity of the shoulders. Avoid wire hangers, which can misshape the leather over time.
Breathability:
Store your pieces in a cool, dry place using a breathable cotton garment bag. Never store leather in plastic, as it needs to breathe to prevent the natural fibers from drying out.
Moisture:
If your jacket gets wet, hang it at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, which can cause the leather to crack.
Conditioning:
To maintain the "buttery" softness and unique patina of our Tuscan leather, we recommend professional leather cleaning only. Do not use household cleaners or alcohols.
The "Break-in" Period:
Remember that premium leather will mold to your body with wear. The more you travel with your Lucien piece, the more it becomes uniquely yours.
